Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of this website. Enrolment on a qualification is governed by a separate learner agreement.
Using this website
You may use this website for personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not use it in a way that damages it, interferes with other users, or attempts to access areas you are not permitted to use.
Information on this website
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Entry requirements, fees and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each learner in writing before enrolment, and that written confirmation takes priority over this website.
Enrolment and payment
An enquiry or application is not a place on a course. Your enrolment starts when you accept our written offer and terms, and any fees become payable as set out in that offer. Payment and cancellation terms are set out in your learner agreement.
Assessment and appeals
Assessment decisions are made against the criteria published by TQUK. If you disagree with an assessment decision, you can appeal under our appeals procedure, which is available on request.
Intellectual property
The content of this website and our learning materials belong to Further Learning (UK) Ltd or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You must not copy or reuse learning materials without permission.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
