Through the enquiry form: your name, email address, and any telephone number, country, background summary or message you choose to provide. Through the application process: the same, plus your highest relevant qualification and work experience.
This website does not use advertising cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. See our cookie information.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to assess your eligibility for a qualification, and, if you enrol, to administer your registration with the awarding organisation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests for enquiries, and contract for applications and enrolment.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications that do not lead to enrolment are deleted after a limited period. Learner records are kept in line with TQUK centre requirements.
Who we share it with
Enrolment information is shared with Training Qualifications UK for registration and certification. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
